Colour 18 down at Sussex Centre has to be one of my favourite shops this side of Chinatown. Their website showcases COMPLETELY different clothes to what they really sell in Sussex, which is a shame. Their clothes are very inexpensive, the sales people very friendly and helpful, and the shop, while tiny, is well organized.
