Halloween came and went and with it a ball of which memories I will treasure forever. My outfit with my pretty floral corset:
Ok so upon going there I immediately spot the band that I came to the ball for: GPKISM. Got their CD, got it signed, and got my photo taken with them. Problem was, I was so speechless at their awesomeness that I didn’t talk to them much, which I quickly regretted.
I fretted for more than an hour and walked past them a million times before I finally worked up the courage to say hi. I think they may have been creeped out by the girl who kept looking at them every 10 mins hahahaha!!!
Anyway, so we got there just in time for the Gallery Serpentine fashion parade. My gawd their clothes were soooo gorgeous!
Then Chaingang went on to play. Not my type of music I must admit. Then another couple of fashion parades went on: One for Furr, and another for Beserk Clothing.

Then a band went on that we didn’t like, so we went to the other room called the Uber room to watch some otherworldly shows. More particularly, the Burlesque of Lotti Kixx:

At the end of the night, GPKISM finally took to the stage. I was so excited I was practically jumping out of my skin.

And GPK came out and performed a string of my favourite songs from their Atheos album, including Infernum! =DDDDDD
And then… wait for it… Kiwamu did his guitar solo right in front of me!!!
I was dancing so hard that I couldn’t even focus the camera properly.
And then Kiwamu threw his guitar pick at the crowd where I was at and, naturally, everyone tried to catch it. In the hullabaloo nobody did, so naturally everyone (including me) got on their hands and knees and tried to grope for it in the dark.
Nobody got it o__O I think somebody accidentally kicked it under the stage. Everyone got up from the floor scratching their heads and asking as to the location of that mysterious disappearing pick.
But of course, the best part of the night was when I spoke to GPKISM.
Waaaaaaaahoooooooooo!!!

It’s such a pity that we don’t have Halloween in Poland. It’s seems like a great fun.
My cousin, who is 8, has told her religion teacher (religion [Catholicism] is a mandatory class…) that she would go for this whole “treat or trick” thing and what she’s heard? “You will not anticipate in such things or you will not have your First Communion this year”! Telling such things to eight-year-old child? Kind of paranoid, isn’t it? *sigh*

Oh wow… seems like you had a great time at the ball!! Beautiful costume as well, and it seemed like a great show. I wonder if I can also pull that off next year :S
